To make a long story short...

I had always wanted a boat and I love tinkering with stuff (although finishing projects is a weakness of mine). I was traveling to a relatives when I saw a boat beside a house. The funniest thing was the three laying in the middle of it. Ten minutes later and a hundred bucks lighter, I was the proud owner of a 1978 BMC Bass Boat. These boats were manufactured in Murfeesboro, TN until 2004. I haven't found much information, but I have found a ton of work to be done on my $100.oo project. My plan is to update this blog as changes happen to the boat. My goal is to go as cheap as possible while keeping it aesthetic and safe (if that's even possible).
